Whether its an accent feature or utilized in an entire space, it will provide you with depth, warmth and a timeless vibe. One to consider for a coastal property, as it can bring about a soothing oceanic vibe too.
Water’s Edge:
One of our all-time favourite blue paint colours, Water’s Edge provides a sense of strength and dignity wherever it is applied. It is a hybrid of watery and dusty, with a distinct undertone of grey running through it. It will provide a soothing and tranquil vibe and we love seeing it in kitchens, bedrooms and general office spaces.
Mysterious:
Mysterious is the best word to describe this blue option. If you look at it long enough as a sample swatch on its own or in a room scene, the mind races with intrigue. Despite this, blue in general including Mysterious can work very well as a neutral. It has undertones of vintage black and grey in it. It is both sophisticated and moody. We like seeing it as a wall feature or cabinetry feature in kitchens, living areas or minimalistic bedrooms contrasted with wooden and antique furnishings.
Dynamic Blue:
A niche shade of blue, that will work in specific commercial and residential areas. It’s a statement colour that can go a long way when less is used. It’s happy, positive, and bold. If you are interested in creating a retro happy space in a lounge room or office space, you could utilize it. We also love seeing this in a child’s bedroom.
Abysse:
When examining shades of blue paint, we always love offering a range of navy blues. Abysse is up there as a prime option.
Its rich and warm with a grey and green undertone. We love this option of navy blue because it has the ability to warm walls and space. It creates a welcoming environment. However, it never loses its boldness.
